Up to 3 additional receivers may be added for $5.00 per month each, plus applicable Activation Fee. Customer must pay a $49.99 Activation Fee (for up to 2 receivers) that includes the first month of all subscription programming services ordered (pay-per-view excluded). Activation Fee for Digital Home Plan with DishPVR may be higher. There will be a $5.00 Change of Service Fee for each programming downgrade. Free standard Professional Installation includes installation of one 20" dish antenna, hook-up of up to 2 receivers to the same number of TVs and equipment testing.
